I was attempting to upgrade to the newest version. I used the .tar files as I am on a UNIX system. And I received this error even after changing the base path plus chmod 755 on both calendar.pl and calendar_admin.pl

Yes, I did upload each file in ASCII. I also uploaded the DBfile.pm individually and not as the folder. Do you need to give that file any permissions??

Otherwise... any suggestions?

Did you check your server's error log? What did it say?
Did you run debug.pl? What did it say?

I am looking into wher my server's eror logs are now Matt. debug.pl did not give me any errors. It gave me a cusotmary your calendar is working page. Will answer as soon as I find the info. needed to answer this properly.
