Hi Just reinstalled calendar script on a new server
All the CHMODs are correct and all uploaded in ASCII

I can view my calendar
I can edit events fine

But I cannot add events - they appear in events.txt, but not in schedule.txt
Ther are no \n or \r when i view those files in notepad or word pad on my pc.

The date popup doesn't work

When I try to save the schedule I get an "error on page" in the status bar of IE6.0 and nothing happens.

I have redownloaded calendar script321.zip and reuploaded calendar_admin.pl

Cookies and javascript are enabled!

What do I do?
www.thebridgechurch.co.uk/cgi-bin/calendar.pl
PC WinXP SP2
IE 6.0
No server errors
uploaded via ACSII, CHMOD'd
Checked perl path
Debug.pl was fine
checked documentation and forum!

** The date popup doesn't work **

** When I try to save the schedule I get an "error on page" in the status bar of IE6.0 and nothing happens. **

That sounds like a JavaScript error message. I'm afraid you'd have to look at the JavaScript debug console to see what actually caused it. It may just be a holdover message from the popup not working.

Sorry I have no idea how to do that!
Give me a hint or two please!

I guess it is nothing to do with browser as the same thing happens with Firefox!

Double click the icon at the LH side of the status bar when the error occurs. Read what the popup box says.

I'm afraid that means nothing to me. If you set me up with an account I'll try to add a post to see what happens.

** When I took a look at the calendar_admin.pl file it only had 1388 lines! **

The error message is likely talking about the template not the script itself.

Sorry!
