Very excited about this product but must make sure I can make it do this one thing before I purchase:

What can I do to have it display added fields in the weekly list view and monthly or weekly grid views?

I saw a similar question posted earlier but it did not look like enough details were given to get a complete answer.

The default.html template file would have to be edited and the appropriate 'print' tags (see the documentation) added for the specific fields you want displayed.
