Sorry if this has been asked before,

Based on the default settings, you have to go to a second screen to add the date and time of an event.

Is it possible to add the date and time (to replace the ones on the schedule page) to the basic add/event page ?

There is a plug-in available to do that. See the Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site.
