Is there a way to have the date that I click on in calendar view be automaticly the date that the event is scheduled for.

Right now I have to give a date everytime I need to make a new event.

Why not just click on the date on the calendar and when the schedule for that day comes up, have an option called Add Event To This Day.

Not sure but usually the event details are posted to the event database first, then the schedule gets set for it. You'd be trying to do the exact opposite but may still be possible.

Maybe you could try modifying the 'OneClick Event Entry' pluging at Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site to do what you want as it does both at the same time.

Thanks for your quick reply!

I don't know anything about programing, so my abilty to customize is very limited.

What might work is if when you choose to add a new event, if that could pop up in a new window, so the user can still have full access to the month view behind it and switch back and forth so he/she can see what days/times are open.
