The calendar I am responsible for involves adding names of members on duty for our call-in phone service.

I must add 1 - 3 names for morning duty and 1 - 3 names for afternoon duty.  As it now stands I have to enter the names, go to the second page and enter the times and date each occurrence.  

I would like to be able to just add the names to the day on the calendar. Is this possible or could it be possible?

Or in the alternative, would it be possible to make the time a pull-down menu and the date a pull-down menu so all I would have to do is select the time and date?

Of - would it be possible to have the last time and date used appear in the template so the minimal amount of input would be required?
