When I try to add a user I get an error complaining I didn't fill in the name field.  It is filed in.  Nothing I enter there seems to matter.  Ideas?

P.S.  First install, so the files are "virgin"

Files were probably not transferred in ASCII mode. Run debug.pl and it should detect this error also.
