I'm having a problem with my amdin acount. When I logon it tells me that "You do not have permissions to administer any calendars"

Can I reset/delete all the accounts back to the default?

If you want to reset all user permissions, you can re-upload the original permissions.txt file however, AFAIK the "Administrator" account's permissions are hard coded into the script and not found in that file.
