What we're trying to do is to show available appointment times to allow people to see what might be available, but then they have to call to make an appointment. We would remove the time as it is taken.

So, how would you go about that??? I thought of listing each hour between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. as an "event" then edit them as they are scheduled. This, however, takes a lot of data entry.

Is there a better way to do it???

Maybe you can use the "At A Glance" template available from the Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site to give users a quick idea of what times of the day are available?
