I have some urgent questions... How do you back-up your calendar and save it in the event you have to move it? And how do I move it all as well? On my phpBB MB, I have zip and tgz (??) files to save the whole MB and then upload it. I don't how to do it, but the back-up is there.

My hosting server has changed and I don't want to lose over 3 years of a very filled calendar in this move.
