Presently, we have the option to choose from
Recurring Schedule - Weekly/Monthly and Yearly, when you "Add an Event". Is it possible to add Bi-Weekly in there as well? If yes, then how do I proceed?
Thanks for letting me know.

Having Bi-weekly as an option is possible, but it would take a while to work out the details with you.  The reason being partly because of the ambiguity of the interface. I guess you could have the options be:

day of week - Mon/Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri/Sat/Sun
including this date - date input box.

That would resolve the ambiguous nature of "every other Monday" (this Monday and two weeks from then or next Monday and two weeks from then....).

The other problem with this is that it's not possible to make a plugin that adds biweekly event scheduling to the calendar.  You have to get down in the code yourself and add parts here and there.  If you're comfortable with that, let me know and I'll work out a solution.  Otherwise, you can just add them as a list of dates in the non-recurring events section.

Hello David:

Thank you for taking the time to look into this issue.

I am comfortable in making changes to the code. I was looking in the files and the one where we need to make changes are I think - event.inc in Calendarscript\lib and schedule-event-recurring.html in Calendarscript\templates\admin\English. I am not sure if there are any other places to make changes. If you can help me with the coding of defining the $biweekly in event.inc, that would be great.

Waiting to hear from you.

Instead of "biweekly", can we just add an reoccurring type of "repeat every X number of days"... biweekly would endup being 14 days.  I'm thinking a pulldown would make it really easy... everyother day, every 3rd day, every week, every 2 weeks, etc....

I have a use for this as we are keeping our "who's on call" list and it runs reoccuring on 14 or 21 day cycles.

Yes, repeat every X days would be great!
Every 14 days would handle bi-weekly.
Every 21 days would handle every 3 weeks.
