I have put the scrpt up and now ready to use. I get the message "Invalid Password" in the admin area. The directions tell me to keep this area blank so I can create this, but I did not even get a chance to.

I have removed all files and started over 4 times now with the same problem. Is there a way I can find out what this password was set to or delete this info to create one?

Have you tried to run debug.pl, just in case it tells you anything?
You can look in the users.txt file to see if the Administrator has a password at all.
You did log into the admin app first to set it up, right?

CalendarScript Debugger

Success!

No problems were found with your installation.
You should be able to run calendar and calendar_admin successfully!

Can you give me a link to your admin script, so I can see? I'm not sure what the explanation is for this one...

Now it is telling me to log into the admin: http://taylorreese.net/cgi-bin/calendar_admin.cgi

and change the password. I did so and it just takes me back to the same screen. I dont know what the problem is man.

** I did so and it just takes me back to the same screen. **

It's got to be your browser, I just logged in and set the password to "password" (without the quotes - all lower case).

Make sure your browser is set to accept cookies and that you have no ad blocking software installed which may be intercepting them.
