i am having a problem with my calendar admin file. the calendar works fine at:
http://www.harborbeach.com/cgi-bin/calendar.pl?calendar=default

but not the admin file at:
http://www.harborbeach.com/cgi-bin/calendar_admin.pl

Try running the administration script via the command line (telnet. SSH, etc. ) to see what output is produced.

can you tell me how to run it in telnet? what do i type as a command??

i checked the debug and everything is fine, i dont have an error, just a blank page.

Once you navigate to the directory containing the file in question, I believe typing:

./calendar_admin.pl

Will usually run the script but you could also check with your host's support or check their server FAQs.
