so i added a default value for one of my fields, but now i would like to remove it.  when i delete it and save it, it says it saves, but when i look at it again, it is still there.  I can successfully change it, but i cant remove it.  Anyone know what causes that?

definetely not.  i ctrl-f5'ed it and cleared my cache.  also i can tell when i go to add a new event, the default value is still there....

No... but it might be able to be manually corrected by editing the events.properties file for the particular calendar.
