I'm trying to install this.  So far, I've downloaded, unzipped, and tried to install by clicking on the install file icon and nothing happens.  A blank black screen pops up and that's it.  Also, the webserver for my site is in another city, if that's any help.  Someone help!!

You can just FTP the files to your server, you needn't use the DOS batch file to upload it.
