I have created a calendar template that uses categories, and also has private/public events.  I have posted the template to my website for anyone to use.

My template file download CalendarScript Template from: http://www.askbj.com/downloads.htm

link to my calendar: http://www.proctorhs.org/cgi-bin/calendar/calendar.pl?calendar=PHSPublic

The forums that I used to create the page were: http://www.calendarscript.com/support/forum/Forum4/HTML/000205.html  http://www.calendarscript.com/support/forum/Forum4/HTML/000215.html  http://www.calendarscript.com/support/forum/Forum4/HTML/000147.html

Now to the refresh problem.
When ever I go to the calendar using http://…?calendar=PHSPublic  it will not show any of my events until I select a category.   I have gotten around this with the original link by adding http://...?calendar=PHSPublic&filter=All.   That is ok, but after I login it reverts to the none-filtered calendar showing no events.

Is there a way so that any time the calendar is loaded it will show all events.

If needed you can get the default.html from my website (http://www.askbj.com/progs/calendarscrip_school_template.zip) or I can post it.

Fixed it, for some reason i needed to retype the
$in{filter} | |= 'All'; line of code.

Tip.  Whenever copying  double lines | | make sure to take the space out of the middle.
