I keep getting this error. It only happens when I log in as the Admin, then view my calendar using the ssi.html template. If I log out, I don't get an error. If I check the calendar in a different browser window, I don't get the error.

CGISession: Session file [/home/content/l/a/k/lakecarmelfd/html/cgi/calendar/calendarscript/session/560356570368.txt] could not be opened for writing!

I was checking the permissions and it seems that when the ######.txt file is created in the Sessions folder, it is set up with 644 permissions, instead of 777. All directories and files are set with 777 permissions. All permissions seem to be correct, the problem looks like it is when the new #####.txt file is created.

Anyone experience the same problem? Any suggestions?

I am getting the same error.  Did you ever find a solution?  I can view the calendar (default anonymous user).  Then I login as Administrator and it takes me back to viewing the calendar.  When I click on "Add Event", it says "Your session has expired.  You must login again."  If I log in again, I get "Administrator logged in successfully at the top, but " CGISession: Session file
[calendarfiles/calendarscript/session/210705610512.txt] could not be opened for writing!" at the bottom.  I try to click on "Continue", but it doesn't respond due to the error.

My host tech support has been trying to help me, but they do not get those errors when they go through the same steps, same login.  This site gets announced to almost 1500 people on Sunday and I need to enter the calendar information, but cannot.  Please help.

** My host tech support has been trying to help me, but they do not get those errors  **

What error(s) do they get???

** CGISession: Session file ... could not be opened for writing! **

Sounds like incorrect file or directory permissions.
