How do i set custom colors for various parts of a list? such as the date, and the discription. Is there a way, help me please, i am in dire need of help.

I'm afraid you're going to have to be more specific. What do you mean by "list" and on which calendar display (week view, month view, event view, administration page(s), etc.) do you wish these changes to occur on?

What i mean is when i am doing a SSI load of a calander in list format, i.e.

Friday June Forth - Some random event
      -Event description
How can i make the diffrent catagories diffrent colors, so that they are not all black, is there also a way to modify the font as well, or the formating.

Sorry but I still don't know what you mean by "diffrent catagories".

You can change fonts and font colours in an SSI display of events by modifying the ssi.html template file with the appropriate HTML or CSS code.
