I am attempting to install the program and get it running.   When I run calendar_admin. pl it begins fine with a message that all is well on Screen 1 of 3; however when I go to screen 2, in the top of the dialog box I get the message "[C:/Inetpub/users/scvpca/calendar/calendarscript/config. txt] could not be opened for writing. "  When I run the debug. pl it reports everything is fine.   The server is Windows server and seems to work fine for everything else.   I read through some of the similar postings, but apparently don't know enough to know for certain what they are saying.   Any advice?

** "[C:/Inetpub/users/scvpca/calendar/calendarscript/config. txt] could not be opened for writing.  **

It sounds like incorrect file permissions to me.

Have you ensured that file is where the error message says it is? If it IS, you may have to look into file and/or directory permissions.

** The server is Windows server **

AFAIK, users can not change file permissions on a Windows server. If they need to be changed (for some reason), check with your host's support.

Thanks, I have asked the server folks to look into this.   It is, unfortunately, beyond my expertise to understand, let alone fix.
