When I am adding an event and finishing the description section, I see a cookie page just prior to it moving to the date input area? Any suggestions as I can not save the error message as it moves too quick to the next page. I will try on the PC to capture it as it is a 2 step function to do so on the laptop.

** I see a cookie page **
I don't know what you mean by that.
The script sets a cookie in your browser by sending a specific header (just a line of text - unseen by users) to the browser. If you are seeing that information printed out somewhere, that would likely mean the cookie was not being set and continued use could quite possibly be affected.

I managed to screen cap it. So what do I do now?? It is just recent as I had not updated the calendar in awhile.

That is the text of the cookie which should NOT be displayed in the browser.
Does it occur in all browsers you try or just one particular one?
If it occurs in all browser even on different computers, I would say something has changed on the server which will need to be looked into.

I can see this error on the Firefox browser so far. I am logged into IE 7 and I get to the page where I am to select which calendar I want, I make the selection and it takes me back to the log-in page over and over again. I choose the other calendar and same thing.
Do you think me have created another calendar is what is messing this up? I never created another one until I upgraded. Maybe it is how I did it?!?!

** I make the selection and it takes me back to the log-in page over and over again. ** That would leave me to believe that the cookie is not being set. I suspect it quite possibly has something to do with the previous modifications your host's support did to the script ( Re: Admin Log-In Error [SOLVED]). Forcing the script to print a header at that point would likely cause the cookie header to fail to be recognized by the browser. Are you sure the script worked after that modification? Dan O.

I just know I've been able to add events and view events. I'm not adding many as the artist is not that busy. If there's other issues, then, I've not experienced them as yet. No one has stated anything out of the norm either. It seemingly began after I created the OTHER calendar as I was testing that feature. It's an exact duplicate just renamed. So my questions are...
What else would not function properly after this modification the server host made?
And what should I do to clean it up? Is it just a simple tell them what's been happening and let them work on it?

What else would not function properly after this modification the server host made? That would depend on how the calendar was set up to function. Normally, anything that required a user to log-in would be affected... like all administration functions. If the calendar was set up to allow Anonymous users to do any of those functions, they would likely still be able to do them. ** And what should I do to clean it up? ** I would think removing (or commenting out) where they added printing of that header to the files would be necessary. But then you might be back to them finding and fixing why the previous "Premature end of script headers" error(s) were occurring. JMO Dan O.

Ok, no one else has access to the calendar but me and it's been that way since I acquired it. I'll send them a message today with that graphic I linked and see what they say. I will definitely keep you posted. Thanks always DanO!!

Follow-up
They "commented out" the "print cookies" in the calendar_admin.pl DanO.

And the administration program still works?? I'm very surprised if it does but hope the best for you. Without the cookies the script doesn't know whom is logged in nor what calendar they're on. All that is done via cookies. JMO Dan O.

Must be my laptop because look what I saw trying to log-in here: Forbidden You don't have permission to access /support/forum/index.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.37 Server at calendarscript.com Port 80 Anyhow DanO, I canNOT log-in using the calendar_admin.pl login page. It keeps reading 'your session is/has expired'?!?! I have to go to the calendar and log-in there. I ONLY add, delete and edit events. No fancy other stuff in any other areas. I did change my password though. I did that just a few mins ago to test what I would not be able to acccess.

** look what I saw trying to log-in here: **
There might just have been a problem on the server when you tired.
** I can NOT log-in using the calendar_admin.pl login page. It keeps reading 'your session is/has expired'?!?! **
Yes, because it can't set a cookie... most likely because your host commented out the line in the script responsible for setting it.
** I have to go to the calendar and log-in there. **
And it allowed you to?? Can you then perform the administrative functions?

Like I said DanO, I add, edit and remove events. Nothing more except changing the password that one time. Give me something to do "admistratively" and I will attempt to do it and see what happens. So far, all seems fine but I am not as into this calendar as others may be. I log in add/edit stuff and leave it.
I'm off to add an event now.... tooodles!!
