This is driving me crazy .... has anyone come across this error before?

Database Lock file /cgi-bin\/calendarscript/permissions.lock] does not exist or is not writeable!

Everything was working fine then all of a sudden this appears.

Thanks and please advise.

We are running on a Windows 2000 server and I'm using Internet Explorer as my browser.

I would be suspicious of the extra slash mark after cgi-bin..."\/" looks like the problem to me. But then I'm a novice.......
