DaySpan looks OK at 640x480 and 800x600.

At 1024x768, it cuts out a row of the calendar in Mozilla  1.3

See http://www.cert-la.com/calendar/calendar.cgi?calendar=default&month=5&month=12

** it cuts out a row of the calendar **

Which row?

It appears to display fine for me in IE 5.01, NS 3.0 and NN 4.01 on Win98 at 1024x768.

Maybe it's a bug in that browser version? Have you tried running the page through a validator to see if it reports any HTML errors?

Dan,

It looks OK through the first three rows of the grid.
Then in the fourth row, the grid date shows "28" with "21"
just below it in the first cell, and so on.

You can go to http://www.cert-la.com/calendar-mozilla.pdf
to see what it looks like.

Maybe it's something in the page's HTML code? Netscape has always been finicky about proper HTML coding although it does display properly in the older version I tried.

Like I suggested previously, maybe you can send that page though a validator to see if it spots any problems with the code?

I've noticed some challenges with mozilla engines
& the dayspan template also.

I've noticed that this re-draw problem (droping calendar row)
only happens on calendar events that span two calendar rows.
(ie Thurs to Mon)

I would love to figure out how to solve this..
my dom & validate don't output any html errors

could this be written into a plug that provides re-draw
for weekend spanning events???

I'm afraid I have no idea what that means.

Mozilla is currently at version 1.7.13 -- the 1.3 hasn't been around for a few years. The link you supplied displays perfectly with a Nvida card and 1360x768 monitor in Mozilla 1.7.13 and Firefox 1.5.0.10 at 1024x768, 1280x720, and anything else I can throw at it. Hope this helps...

i found out it was caused by a needed height: auto; for the thinborder css class....
the thing i CANT figure out tho...is that even with the newest firefox...

the at a glance icons dont rest along the bottom of the cells when dayspan is used.  but it does in IE6 and IE7.  i havent tested Opera or Safari.

you can see it from here http://www.wearemanalive.com/cgi-bin/calendar/calendar.pl?calendar=default&month=2
