Don't give them or the Anonymous User's account permissions to view any other calendars except their own and possibly require all users to log in before viewing any calendar.

You might also be able to use a combination of the "Private Events", the "Login Redirect" and possibly the "Meta Calendar" plug-ins from the Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site to get a more integrated solution?

JFYI

When I try to use Private_Events and MetaCalendar after installing, I get the following errors:
An ERROR occurred while trying to save the configuration:
Config file [/var/www/cgi-bin/calendarscript/plugins/MetaCalendar/metacalendarconfig.txt] could not be opened for writing!
ERROR:
Database file [/var/www/cgi-bin/calendarscript/plugins/AutoRegister/db/autoreg.txt] does not exist or is not writeable!

What went wrong? Please advice.

Thanks

** ...plugins/MetaCalendar/metacalendarconfig.txt] could not be opened for writing! **

Did you try adjusting the file or directory permissions as stated in line 3 of the Meta Calendar plug-in's installation instructions?

** ...plugins/AutoRegister/db/autoreg.txt] does not exist or is not writeable! **

Same probably goes for here (unless the file is actually missing).

BTW. Data files and their directories usually only need permissions of 666 or 766 depending...

How do you set it to just show the specific calendar that I want it to be public? How do I change it to view the calendar only public calendar?  When I tried to type the calendar after 'calendar=', it won't display the calendar. How do I set it so that it will work?

../cgi-bin/calendar.pl?calendar=events

** When I tried to type the calendar after 'calendar=events', it won't display the calendar. **

It should... provided there is a calendar defined with a key of "events". What does it display?

Maybe post a link to the calendar so we can see what's going on ourselves?
