I've installed the EmailNotify2 plugin, and everything is working nicely, except for one small thing. I added a test user & gave them minimal permissions (view calendar, add event, change email pref). Then I logged in as the test user, and went to change the email preferences. When I make changes to the email preferences while logged in as the user, and submit the changes, the page does nothing, just keeps going & going & going. I log back off, log back in as Administrator, and I can make all the changes I want.
I also tried setting these particular flags in the text file, and it retains this information, but does not send email when events are approved, which is why I'm trying to set these flags in the first place. The Emailing works when events are added, but not when they are approved.
I'm using the SMTP setting. I changed all permissions on all files to 755. Not sure what else to do, since I'm such a novice. Any ideas? Thanks.
