Is there anyway of embedding line breaks in the description of an event?  Using a line feed directly doesn't work nor does a <BR>.  The <BR> is mapped in the file as <BR> which shows up as <BR> in the description.  I have gone back after entering an event and manually inserted a <BR> in the events.txt file which works, but this is quite tedious.  I would like to be able to do this in the import mode to populate a years worth of events.

** Is there anyway of embedding line breaks in the description of an event? **

There are at least 2 previous forum messages which discuss that topic. You can find links to a couple of them in the 'Links' section of the Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site.

I'm not quite sure what that means but have you turned on the allow HTML option for event details?

Thanks.  I was not aware of the "allow HTML option for event details".

It's under "Calendar Settings".
