Page: cgi-bin/calendar_admin.pl

Error message: Can't open ../../cgi-data/calendar/calendar_events.txt

No web host assistance available.

FYI:
- cgi-bin/debug.pl shows no errors
- cgi-bin/calendar.pl shows just fine. No problems.
- The calendar in general has worked great since 2/18/05.
- 12/5/06: Lost Administrator password and had to regenerate the following 2 files: cgi-bin/calendar/calendar.cfg, cgi-bin/calendarscript/users.txt
- Now the admin portion just gives me the error mentioned above.

Attempts to fix (with no luck):
$base_dir path

Any help would be great.

CalendarScript hasn't used such a file since version 2 which is 5+ years outdated now. I'm afraid I have absolutely no experience in its functioning at all.

 BTW. CalendarScript 2 had some serious security flaws in it. I would strongly suggest you upgrade to the most recent version of CalendarScript.

Maybe file or directory permission have changed for it? I have also heard with the newer CalendarScript 3+ version, that can result when the user is over their disc space quota.
