I have installed the meta calendar and am having trouble.  The plug-in will not allow me to set a meta calendar.  I get the following error:

Error running custom function 'command_save_metacalendar'. The error is: [Undefined subroutine &main::command_save_metacalendar called at (eval 4) line 1. ]

I have also enabled popup for events. If I have the meta calendar enabled I get the following error at the top of the pop-up:

Error running custom function 'display_after_getInput'. The error is: [Undefined subroutine &main::display_after_getInput called at (eval 2) line 1. ]

I am not sure what I have done wrong.  I am in no way a programmer so I have no idea where to start.  Any information would be helpful.

It sounds like CalendarScript can not find the Meta Calendar plug-in files.

What is the *exact* name of the new directory you made to hold them?

You didn't change any of the plug-in file name extensions did you??

folder name:
/cgi-bin/calendarscript/plugins/MetaCalendar/

** /cgi-bin/calendarscript/plugins/MetaCalendar/ **

That looks correct. Are the files command_save_metacalendar.pl and display_after_getInput.pl actually in that directory?

I assume they must be but I have no idea why CalendarScript can not find them. If they are (or aren't) there, try re-uploading them *making sure its done in ascii mode*.

Sorry but I can't think of anything else.

I figured it out.  It had to do with CHMOD settings.

Thanks for your help.

I am really looking foward to the second version of the calendar.

Glad to hear it.

I assume you mean the Meta Calendar 2 plug-in? CalendarScript is already on Version 3.21

Do you have beta version availible?  I have a really big need for the ability to have multiple "master" calendars.

** Do you have beta version available? **

I might consider it but I have to go through the files as I haven't done anything with the plug-in at all in months.

I have 12 (and am still adding) calendars on my site.  I am in the process of having all of the Dept Heads fill in informaion for their particular calendar.  I would be willing to pay (if resonable) for any work that you may have to do to get the plugin together.  Thank you.
