I am trying to create a drop-down box that has the following information in it:

Contact by Email <A HREF="http://pathtoserver/contact/" target="_blank"><IMG BORDER=0 SRC="http://www.mansfieldct.org/schools/southeast/images/smallemailicon.gif" ALT="Envelope"></A>

We don't want to post email addresses in the calendar, but by posting the above code, I can link to a mailform.  Unfortunately, when I create the dropdown type in the email field, it will only display this on each event detail listing

"Contact by Email <A HREF"

I have tried to extend the number of characters in the event field properties, but this doesn't do any good.  Does anyone have any ideas on how I can extend the maxlength for a "drop-down" field?

Thanks.

Jamie

** it will only display this on each event detail listing "Contact by Email <A HREF" **

I suspect it has something to do  with the quotes (") used in your inserted code when actually added to the HTML code on the calendar page. What is in the actual HTML code on the calendar page?

PS. A link to a malfunctioning calendar page often helps us to figure out problems.

I don't think I understand what this means.  Could you be more specific or try to restate what you mean?  This problem is also in the administration panel.  Do you want me to post the admin username and password?

Thanks.

Sorry, I thought that was text appearing on the calendar display.

Try using single quotes (') in place of any double quotes(") you're using in the inputted text.

Or do you mean you can only enter the first 24 characters of what you want to enter into the administration form field??
