Is there a way that the events entered into the Calendar can be exported, download, or saved so they may be entered into another program.

In other words, we would very much like to use this calendar program, but would also like to be able to access the data some way or another at possibly a later date to enter the data into another program.

We hate to take all of the time to enter 500 or so events into this program and then not be able to get the data out of the program for possible use somewhere else.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

There is a plug-in in beta testing which is designed to do that. Check the "CSXport Plug-In" at the Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site.
