I loaded everything... ran the debug, and it says it is successful and that calendar and calendar_admin should work... but they don't.  I get this message when I run calendar:
"FATAL ERROR: COULD NOT LOAD error.html"

I ran it through my hosting companies "perl script checker" and this is what it says for calendar:

"Use of uninitialized value at /u234/ddocs/cgi-bin/calendar.cgi line 17.
Can't locate asp.inc in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/control/main/bin/tools/calendarscript/lib /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.00503/i386-bsdos /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.00503 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/i386-bsdos /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005 .) at /u234/ddocs/cgi-bin/calendar.cgi line 29.

this is what it says for calendar_admin:
"Use of uninitialized value at /u234/ddocs/cgi-bin/calendar_admin.cgi line 22.

any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated!

Thanks... here's the answers to the questions requested to post:

1. What server/OS are you using? not sure... it's valueweb.net
2. What browser are you using? firefox 1.0.6... tried it in ie6
3. What error messages appear in your server's error log?
4. Have you uploaded in ASCII mode, did a CHMOD on the files, and checked the path to Perl? YES
5. Did you change the file extensions or change the $BASE_DIR manually? YES.. changed to .CGI ... didn't touch the $BASE_DIR at all.
6. Has your web host been able to offer any assistance? Not yet.  Which web host are you using? Valueweb.net
7. Have you tried running debug.pl? YES What was the output? "CalendarScript Debugger

Success!

No problems were found with your installation.
You should be able to run calendar and calendar_admin successfully!"
8. Have you checked the Documentation? YES

Is this actually where the CalendarScript files where uploaded to?

/usr/local/control/main/bin/tools/calendarscript/lib

I would think they should be more like here:

/u234/ddocs/cgi-bin/calendarscript/lib

** didn't touch the $BASE_DIR at all. **

You may have to set that variable appropriately in the calendar.pl, calendar_admin.pl and debug.pl files if the script is unable to determine its location on your server itself.
