Is there a way to change the Header text color to something other than black?

Most of the template text colours can be changed in the administration section's template preferences section. I don't know which option would be responsible for that text, if you can't figure it out by the fields descriptions, you may have to use trial and error.

Thanks Dan. I have already tried all the options. That is the only one that doesn't seem to have the ability to change the text color. There is one for the Footer but not the Header.

You could hard code it into the default.html template file if necessary or maybe use the footer's code for the header too if they're to be the same.
