HELP!! When i transfer the files via the "install.bat" everything completes and the files are added to a dircetory i did not specify. The flies load but there are no data with in the files. Any one understand. I would like to start using this product with all my customers. NEED HELP SOON!! Thanks

Got the problem resolved. Now I have another pro=blem debuger is telling me that access is denied
