Help with setting up the AutoRegister Mod

Hi, newbie here, so bear with me.

I'm trying to set-up the AutoRegister Mod, but am unable to find any instructions as to how. Just on guess work I moved all files ove into my CS Directory, and added the contents of permissions_list.txt & command_list.txt to each of their file respectivly. Is there any thing else I might be missing? and do I just do the usuall CHMOD777 on all of the files, or are some of the different?
