Are you logged in as the "Administrator"? Maybe whatever user you're logged in as doesn't have permissions to view those options?

* View Calendar
* Main Menu
* Change Calendars
Events
* Add Event : Add an event to the calendar
* Edit/Delete Events : Edit or delete existing events
* Customize Event Fields : Modify the data fields that exist for each event, for example "Title" and "Description"

* Edit/Delete Users : Edit or delete current Users in the database
* Modify User Permissions : Grant or deny permissions to administer this calendar to specific Users
* Customize User Database : Modify the data fields that exist for each User, for example "Username" and "name"
Calendar Options
* Calendar Settings : Change date format, month and day names, display options, etc
* Template Display Preferences : Customize display options for this calendar's template
Global Options
* Manage Calendars : Add/Edit/Delete Calendars
* Manage Plugins : Enable and Disable installed plugins
* Admin Interface : Customize the language and colors of this Admin interface
* Feedback/Support : Obtain support for this program and give feedback to the authors <-------------######
