** I don't know if I need to upgrade or not... **

If you're not certain you have the current version, you probably don't.

** How do I know what version I am running. **

Go to the Calendar Administration: Feedback/Support section and click the "Check For Update" button at the bottom of the page to see if any updates are necessary.

** where is the: Calendar Administration: Feedback/Support section **

In the Administration section there is a link that says "Feedback/Support" (it happens to be the very last menu option). Click it!
