I have  a real estate company and wanted to use an on-line calendar to manage the agents real estate transactions. I want the agents to be able to fill out an on line html form with data related to the real estate transaction and then for the important dates on the on-line form to be automatically inserted into each agents calendar. Each agent would only be able to view their own calendar data, but I wanted to view each calendar seperately or view all the data for all the agents on one calendar. Is this possible to set up?

Just about anything is possible, the question is what is involved in doing it. I will tell you that using anything other than the calendar's own forms to add data will likely be very difficult to accomplish.

For displaying of only one user's entries at a time, you could look into the 'Meta Calendar' or 'Private Events' plug-ins or the link to "Different categories idea" forum message in the 'Links' section of the Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site.

For a simplified data entry form, you could look at the "OneClick Event Entry" plug-in.

Has anyone tried such a thing such as using MS Outlook's calendar to manage the dates locally and then converting and FTPing the file up to CS?

I'd like to see anything that has been done with this GREAT calendar program.
