Hi all,
I have now managed to successfuly install htmlarea3 but have a number of functionality problems.

I find that firefox throws up a lot of weird things. For example, if I try to insert a link the address bar doesn't allow me to input text until I click "ok" at which point it says you need to input an address and then the address line has the cursor in it ready for input.

So I tried using IE instead.

I have found that you still have to click the change view (<> ) option in order to make CS recognise that you have actually inputted text.
However when editing a link, when I check the code it has stripped out the "href" part - so all I get is "<a target="_blank">"
If I hand code the link and save it - all seems to work..but If I then open to edit again and swap views using the (<> ) command, I now lose the link address and get the following instead"<a href="/" target="_blank">"

I am still working through finding what else is happening...but does anybody have any thoughts - or has any one experienced similar problems?

Thanks

Tony
