I'm sorry, but I don't give away free licenses. In order to be fair to those who do pay the license fee and to avoid any troubles of who do I give a license to and who don't I, I don't waive the license fee for anyone (and I receive _many_ requests). Also, I depend on the license fees to offset my development and hosting costs. So in order to stay fair to everyone, I don't make exceptions to the license fees.
