Sorry for posting so many threads, but you all have been very helpful and I have been able to fix all of my problems with this forums help so far.

However, I just imported many events to our calendar at http://65.114.5.10/  and found that they all have "AM" despite we did make our file in 24 hour format... like this for example.

20030822   13:00   13:00   Gr. 7 Pool Party

Shows as 1 AM.

the excel file we used can be downloaded here (we saved the file as text with the | delimiter to import):

The calendar stores times as just numbers (eg. 1300). I don't know if that's where your problem is however as I have never tried importing events with times.
