Desi posted a description of importing other event lists into CalendarScript 3.1+ in the forum message "Exchange of Event Lists".

You can use that as a basis for importing CalendarScript version 2 events into version 3.1+. I'm afraid I don't know what the field format of the original data file was like as that was before my time.
