Hello, I uploaded the unzipped program all under cgi-bin. I uploaded the files in ascii. I changed the chmod for the various folders. However, when I continue with the installation, it says the files are not there (error 404). I tried running debug.pl but it won't show up either. However, according to my ftp program the files are there!

We are upgrading from an older version of the program that is situated in the cgi folder.

Do I move the new files into cgi instead of cgi-bin? I am afraid to do this because I don't want to screw up what is already on the site unless this is the problem.

A 404 error means the server can find the file your browser is asking for. When this happens, carefully look at the URL in the browser's location window to see what it says. Hopefully you'll see the problem in it.

Sorry, there isn't a lot more I can do. Try asking your host's support if they can help.
