I recently downloaded the software and unzipped it.   I have godaddy. com as my hosting site.   I followed all the steps for installation but when i try to run the calendar. pl, I get a message saying internal server error.   Has anyone had this problem before?

That is just a general browser error message. It says nothing about what problem exists, just that the script 'didn't work'.

We would need the actual server error message to try to determine what the cause actually was. If you post that information we'll see if we can suggest possible cause(s).

Several. Try searching the forums for "Godaddy" to see what was discussed previously.

The error I am getting is
Premature end of script headers: /var/chroot/home/content/d/x/c/dxcox/html/test. pl

I did a search through the forum for godaddy and couldn't find anything on this.   I am not really sure what this error message means.

test.pl is not part of the CalendarScript distribution AFAIK so I have no idea what it does or is suppose to do.

That error message is also no help as it also is just saying the script didn't run... for whatever reason. If no more detailed error message is provided in the error logs someone will need to try running the script from the command line (telnet, SSH, etc.) to see what error(s) Perl reports. If you don't have access to those functions you may have to contact your host's support and ask them to do it for you.

If you can provide a more detailed error message about a CalendarScript file that won't run, we'll try to make suggestions as to what might be the cause.
