I have installed hundreds of Perl scripts.   Hundreds, many much more complex.   So I'm wondering what to check first, because this is the first time in a decade I haven't been able to debug an Internal Server Error.

* Checked ASCII transfer
* With and without path to script in $BASE_DIR (Checked, pound sign removed)
* Properly applied all permissions to all files, in all directories
* Used Perl Express to save all Perl files

I've checked everything and tried reinstall multiple times.

Not even debug. pl will run.

I'm very, very puzzled.

I'd love to pay someone to find the problem.

** haven't been able to debug an Internal Server Error. **

Have you checked the server error logs to see if a more detailed error message is listed or failing that, running the script from the command line to see what error(s) Perl reports? At least that would give a starting place on things to check.
