1.  I would like to include a link to a printable calendar on the front each calendar.

2.  I would also like it so the printable calendars displays taking into account the view selected (i.e if grid is chosen or list if that is chosen)

Can you help?

Yes, I did see that thread and it was helpful, but I also need to know how to add the &template=print.html to the end of the url when a person selects a month view, 2-week view, etc.

Do I need one link or separate links depending on the view selected?  Please be as detailed as possible, I am a newbie.

Thx

If you follow the directions included with the template when you click on the 'Printable Calendar' link it will display the current calendar in a printable form. So if you are on a 4 week, list view, that is what will be shown in a printable version.

If you want to put pre-defined links to the printable calendar template you can do so in the same manner you would link to any calendar, view, template combination.

Here is a sample:

code:
http://www.yousite.net/cgi-bin/calendar.pl?style=List&year=2004&calendar=softball&view=Four-Week&month=5&template=print.html

As you see you can pretty much specify all of the parameters in the url.

Also, how do I get it to print other months as well?  It seem to default to print only the current month even if I am viewing another month.
