Hello!

When I try to log in as admin, enterting my user name & password, the same screen comes up with the password field blank and nothing happens. If I enter no username or password, a blank screen (with no source code) comes up.

There are no error mesages.
Debug.pl shows everything is fine.
The operating system is: SunOS 5.8
The web server is: Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) FrontPage/5.0.2.2510 mod_jk/1.1.0
Calendarscript folder is CHMOD 777.
Web host: Cedant.
SERVER_SOFTWARE: Apache/1.3.27 (Unix) FrontPage/5.0.2.2510 mod_jk/1.1.0
TZ: PST8PDT (I'm in EST)

Here's the URL:  http://www.centerforholistichealth.com/cgi-bin/calendar_admin.pl

Any ideas?

Thanks!

Here is an error message I got when I ran it directly from the server... maybe this will help:

1   Can't locate DBFile.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/local/etc/html/cp/0/calendarscript/plugins /usr/local/etc/html/cp/0/calendarscript/lib /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1/i86pc-solaris /usr/local/lib/perl5/5.6.1 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/i86pc-solaris /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1 /usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl .) line?37.
2   BEGIN failed--compilation aborted line?48.

/usr/local/etc/html/cp/0/calendarscript/lib
is where DBFile.pm should be located (assuming the rest of the path is correct).
Did you check to make sure it was there and that the file's name hadn't be changed somehow?

Thanks for responding about this, I really appreciate it.

I checked the file you mentioned, and it is where it's supposed to be. It's CHMOD 644, as is all the other files in that folder.  Any other ideas? Could it have something to do with the difference in the TZ setting (pacific time opposed to eastern time?) that could cause a problem with the cookies? I haven't found how to change that on my server, it's very frustrating!

Thanks for your attention on this.

** Could it have something to do with the difference in the TZ setting **

I doubt it.

** Any other ideas? **

I'm afraid not other than trying to reinstall a fresh version, maybe unzipping/untarring it right on the server. Sorry.

I am also experiencing this problem. I wonder if you have found a solution yet GregMcMahan? If you have I would love to hear about it! I can't get in to add new events... If any of the files are corrupt, which ones would they likely to be, then I could try reloading those to see what happens. Not really wanting to reload the whole program as there are many events already there that I wouldn't want to loose.
