I work at a personal trainig studio with 6 employees.  Scheduling is always a challenget to keep up with staff and client, and I'm looking for an online software tool that would be helpful.

I need to be able to see both the calendar for an individual trainer and everyone's calendar collectively. I also would like clients to be able to modify their appointments up to 24 hours in advance.

Do you think Calendar Script is powerful enough to handle these needs?

I'd like some feedback from those who have at least a moderate amount of experience with Calendar Script.

Thanks,
IAH

** I need to be able to see both the calendar for an individual trainer and everyone's calendar collectively. **

That could be done using one of the 'Meta Calendar' plug-ins from the Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site.

** I also would like clients to be able to modify their appointments up to 24 hours in advance. **

That would require custom programming because as the calendar ships, it allows either event editing by users or not, depending on the permissions granted to them. There is no time constraint built into those abilities.
