Hi Forum Goers,

I was having trouble using MetaCalendar with all the mods/hacks that I installed on my original calendar.  So I decided to move on to a test calendar to see where the breakdown occurred and I think I found it.

I currently have the calendar posted at http://www.teamhendricks.com/calendar/calendar.pl

I have three calendars:
Public (default calendar)
Private Events (staffprivate calendar)
Staff Events (MetaCalendar of default & staffprivate calendars)

I freshly installed the calendar script into my account and then installed the DaySpan mod.  It worked.

I installed MetaCalendar into the account and now the pop-up window for event details shows nothing or error messages.

For the dayspan events, event details show up in the same window (exactly like Calendar 3.2 does), but have no title or description (and I did type those in).

The events that show up non-dayspan popup in a window and report:
Couldn't open Template [/home/.sites/106/site15/web/calendar/calendarscript/templates/calendars/default/event_detail_popup.html] : No such file or directory

Does anyone have this configuration or could shed some light?

Thanks.

Jamie

** event_detail_popup.html] : No such file or directory **

You will need to put a copy of that template (event_detail_popup.html) in with the DaySpan mod. templates so the calendar knows where to look for it.

You will have to modify the DaySpan mod. default.html template file to include all the modifications sited in the Meta Calendar plug-in's instructions. That may be a bit tricky as the instructions pertain to the original default template file only. You'll have to figure out where exactly those changes for the event links go yourself.

** I currently have the calendar posted at http://www.teamhendricks.com/calendar/calendar.pl  **

It doesn't look like the template mods have been added to that calendar so it is unlikely the Meta Calendar plug-in is going to work there until the changes are made.
