Moved to new Host Server

We moved our WEB site to COX and can not get the calendar to work. We are unable to add or update events. When we try to add an event we get an error page "BAD Request". It appears that we have an extra directory variable that is our userid inserted into the URL. We are on a shared server which we think is the problem. We tried the suggestion of modifying the calendar_admin.cgi ($template::CGI_URL) and did not get as far as previously. We have tried the suggestions below.
Appreciate any help! TULSAMASTERGARDENERS
