HI,

I recently moved a client's site to a new hosting company. Now, the calendar does not work. The response is:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@zolamusic.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can you tell me what's wrong?

The new hosting is based on Linux servers.
I did NOT upload in ASCII mode.
I have not changed any extensions manually.
My web host has not been able to solve the problem.
I have not tried running debug.pl
I have checked the Documentation.

Thanks,
Gerry

PS. Please post follow-ups as replies to your original message rather than starting a mew message each time. That way all messages on the same topic will be kept together in a single message thread. Thanks.

** Internal Server Error **

That is just a general error message that means something has gone wrong but says absolutely nothing about what actually has occurred. Please check the server error logs to see if a more detailed error message was recorded. Failing that, try running the script from the command line (telnet, SSH, etc.) to see what error(s) Perl reports.

Once you have a more detailed error message, post it here if you can't figure out the problem from it.

** I did NOT upload in ASCII mode. **

How were the files transferred??? They should only have been transferred in binary mode if they we compressed before hand and then uncompressed on the server. Otherwise the script files have to be transferred in ASCII mode!

Have you read the previous forum message: Saved, Moved & Restored?
