I'm installing calendar script on my intranet server directly FROM my intranet server, so there's no FTP involved or username involved. . .  just the directories?
How does that work?

I'm afraid I do not have any experience with intranet servers. Maybe someone that does will drop by and offer tips?

Are you at least allowed to run Perl scripts on it?

I'll have to look.  I'm pretty sure I can.

I have things like Spiceworks on it right now

A.  For Windows NT/2000 Web Servers
Windows does not require scripts to be set as executable, or write permissions granted via FTP.  Instead, permissions on the file system itself must be setup to allow the application to write to the data fies.  In Explorer, modify permissions on the 'calendarscript' directory and give 'Full Control' permissions on it and everything in it to 'Everyone'.

Ok, so I created a folder for calendarscript in c:\calendar where I put all the files from the ZIP file.

I created an IIS website called 'calendar' and pointed it towards the IP address and set the home directory as C:\calendar

When I type in hxxp: 192. 224. 236. 12/calendar. pl it comes up 'page cannot be displayed'

I'm a bit confused on how to get all this set up on windows with IIS and Perl5. . .
nothing seems to be working.
I've turned 'everyone' 'full access' permissions on
I've created a site in IIS called 'calendarscript'
I can see all the . pl files in IIS but when I click 'browse' on calendar. pl, I get 'page cannot be displayed (404)'

so, we decided to move it from one server to another. . .  again.

I've got it installed, but I forgot where the old files are.  I have it set up and it's showing the blank calendar, but I forgot how to move all my information from the old server to the new one.  I can't even login to blank one (not sure what the default password is)

How do I transport all my old calendars and user accounts over?

See the previous forum message "Saved, Moved & Restored" which can also be found linked from the Unofficial CalendarScript - Mods and Plugins site.

JFYI
